Motivation & initiative

I managed and supervised more than 100 artist from different departments for 184 shots.I collaborated with inernal and external development teams including disigning, lighting, environmrnt, CG, VFX, compositing, matte painting on dailiy basis .I scheduled standups and meetings with client and inernal and external stakehoders. I assest resources, tools, CG assets and list each stakeholders task and task dependencies. Created excel sheet and gantt chart for better visual representation of tasks. I documented every detail of project on shotgun.

Production management and Content,VFX Supervision

Created a Bible for the project. The Bible contains a list of the rule that every artist should follow. It includes the weekly deadline, naming convention. I kept project assets and naming convention organized so that production crew can easily find files. It was also accessible for the production team to manage the pipeline.

Daily reviews and Meeting

Ran standups, gave feedbacks and checked overall project progress on daily basis and communicated with internal,external developers,client, producer, Director,Supervisors,Leads.

R&D and project Consistency

Kept shots consistency and communicated all stakeholders so project can run smoothly.

Project Delivery

Deliverd all 184 shots including CG,compositing,animation, texturing,lighting,modeling, matte painting with tight deadline.
